Great service since day one when I purchased the escape
Brought my car to them multiple times for multiple different things each time has definitely been eventful. From them charging us for parts that they never installed to selling us a battery that was 7 months old. After having a battery load test done at the local advanced Auto parts and even using a personal battery load tester I found the battery to be bad, I only requested them to replace the battery that they told me was under warranty then when we dropped the car off they said it wasn't under warranty then when I called ... read more
