We had a great experience at the dealership. We received the exact truck we were looking for.
Went in for NY state annual inspection., and 40k inspection plus any recalls. Made the appointment on line, arrived 35 minutes early was greeted and car was taken in immediately. Inspections was done within 45 minutes. The greatest thing was they only charge $10 for the inspection.
I take our vehicles to Browns Ford Service for their technical competence and scheduling service appointment availability , that has improved after COVID. The downside is you will pay significantly more for OEM parts vs aftermarket
