These guys came in and gutted my kitchen, leveled my floor, and put in new beautiful flooring so fast and so efficiently. A project which would have taken me weeks took them a few days and after 3 weeks I’m so happy with the results. Can’t recommend enough. They were very professional and the installers were super polite and the didn’t miss anything. They also laid carpet on our attic stairs and it has made a huge difference dampening the sound and our heating efficiency.
Josh and his team completely transformed our home. We live 1.5 hours away and he personally came to our house to do the initial meeting. He gave us great input and suggestions as we were redoing a large portion of flooring. His team came in as soon as we were ready and tore out our carpet, installed our new flooring, as well as carpeted our stairs. It was all done quickly and efficiently. We are more than happy with the outcome, the floors are beautiful and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Did this Company tell you when you hire them they will file a Lien on Your property until you pay their bill? Well folks, that is what they do. Liens are on your Title record permanently. Very shady outfit. Beware! I have attached a lien list for your review. You might want to check the Sec of State records and see if your Name/Property is listed.
Don't hire this company if you have an Insurance Claim. They advertised they do business with all insurance companies and it would not be an issue. They have you sign a document authorizing your Insurance Company to pay their bill. Then, they present you with the Bill that states, "Due upon Receipt" and proceed to File a Mechanics Lien on your property. They didn't allow my Insurance company time to even process their payment.
