I left an inquiry on the website and never heard back. I finally decided to call five days later to schedule someone to come out and take measurements. I talked to a lady who had very short responses and made it seem like I was a big inconvenience. I also had to repeat everything I said at least three times, Not that I was talking quietly, but because it seemed like she was distracted. His door to door sales pitch is amazing I was in sales for over 10 years and ran into alot of people but by far he is the funniest will be reaching out
I would definitely recommend Josh and his team at Browns for any flooring service! Josh was excellent to work with and he was very accommodating to our specific needs. We bought a new house and needed to replace the carpet. The sellers were not flexible with allowing us to do so before taking possession of our new home.
