Been a member for 3 years due to location convenience but have experienced frequent issues. Gym equipment taking weeks-months to be fixed. The sauna consistently being broken. The worst being no hot water for showers more times than not.

As a road warrior, I have visited too many to count gyms across the country. This place is great. 10 stars. Flew to Cleveland and came here straight from airport due to my schedule that day. Was thrilled to see they have towel service, which meant I could take a much needed shower and head straight to work. Staff was nice. Equipment was more than sufficient. Small gym so it may get busy during peak hours but I will visit again when I am in town. Thank you for being here ☺️
