Beware the owner is a thief. He has blocked me and has been holding my tractor for ransom for a year. He claimed he had the parts, took it, took my money for the parts, then said he couldn’t get the parts (he already claimed he had and charged me $1700 for) and couldn’t fix it. He claimed I still had to pay for the parts he got because they’re non returnable plus I owed him ‘several thousand dollars’ in research and travel that I never agreed to.
