When my old vehicle finally decided it had enough, I called several dealers in the area. I told them my requirements for the next vehicle. Brown's was the first to come through. I wish I could post 5 million stars! Grant in Finance and Jeff in Sales were patient, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help my wife and I with our purchase. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and easy, no stress, no pressure! There is no reason for you to buy from another dealer ever. Truly a first class business with first class people. Brown's has customers for life in our family!
I drove from up from Missouri to purchase a used F250 from Browns. I spoke with Megan mainly, she was super friendly, able to able to answer any questions and take extra photos before I made the drive. Working with Grant to finalize the deal was a pleasure, it’s hard to find a dealership so upfront and honest these days! I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Browns!
I recently purchased a 08 Ford Edge from Browbs in Guttenberg. Since that time I've had to replace the Ignition Coil ($800) & was told it will need a tire rod soon. The heat doesn't work. The CD player doesn't work. The passenger seat does not go up or back. I have purchased several vehicles from Browns in Guttenberg from the same salesman/friend. I know I bought it 'as is' but cmon!! WTH!!! It will be my last
