Unfortunately I have had to bring a vehicle to Brown’s Fairfax Collision multiple times. But fortunately, my car has always come back to be on time, and looking as good as new. Plus there is an Enterprise car rental right down the street that will come pick you up. Huge thank you to LG and the entire team at Brown’s Fairfax Collision. They are the only ones I am trusting with my vehicles.

The experience that I had with them is similar to dealing with a bootleg repair shop. I was rear-ended which caused me to hit the person in front of me. I was working with the insurance company to have my car repaired. These guys at Priority "greed" jacked up the repair price to the point where Progressive just quit. My car was labeled as a total loss as a result. I decided to keep my car to repair on my own. I asked them to put my car back together, so I could take it.
