Phenomenal experience today at Brown’s Eye Center (Kathleen Location). Dr. Dipal Patel was attentive and extremely knowledgeable! The staff were friendly and greeted me upon entry! The location is convenient and the decor is stylish! The eyeglass displays were organized and spacious! I would highly recommend giving this business a visit! You won’t be disappointed! 🤓🤓👓🥸
Back in April 2025 I took my 12 y.o. to her appt at Brown's after checking her out from school for a 9am appt. Arriving just after 8:30, we entered the front door and said loudly to the four staff sitting at their stations," Good Morning." None, zero, neither of the women looked up or replied back. I thought this highly unusual for a medical office. They didn't even say, "Can I help you?" So we randomly approached one of them who promptly told us to have a seat.
