Very friendly! Everyone says hello when you first walk in the door! Easy to talk to about trading in your car/ getting a new one! They make sure you are satisfied with your new purchase!!
The customer service here is fantastic. I worked with Curtis in the Service Department to get a new key fob for my Jeep. He figured out the issue right away and squeezed me in on a Saturday when this initially happened, and on a busy Friday once the key fob arrived. This does not go unappreciated.

Very satisfied with browns of Elkader, they were very nice, polite, communicated very well and were very accommodating. I was purchasing an older pickup and after we had started the paperwork, they noticed the odometer was not working and offered money off the truck even after the deal was completed. They are very honest and upfront and will do what they can to make things right. I enjoyed doing business with them and would definitely do business with them again in the future! Highly recommend!
