Britt was very happy to help us with our questions, if he was not able to answer them, he’d have someone else come to assist. Britt even came to our house to help us with the garage door opener setting. Love the Traverse.
Very friendly! Everyone says hello when you first walk in the door! Easy to talk to about trading in your car/ getting a new one! They make sure you are satisfied with your new purchase!!
The customer service here is fantastic. I worked with Curtis in the Service Department to get a new key fob for my Jeep. He figured out the issue right away and squeezed me in on a Saturday when this initially happened, and on a busy Friday once the key fob arrived. This does not go unappreciated.
