The pricing was fair, and the delivery was quick. But as far as service goes, they were among the worst. I was sent the wrong part, then upon returning the second part which was defective, i was refused a refund. Too many people are handling the same business and customers there. It makes it more complicated than it needs to be. If any one from the store reads this, you owe someone \$64.95. Thanks for helping me anyway.And ignore that Chris B guy below me, he works with the store. thats Mr. Brown himself.
They are Wonderful! They had excatly what I was looking for the price was the best around!! The staff was most helpful and very polite with tons of knowledge! The best place to find QUALITY USED PARTS in the Akron area!
