Called to make an appointment. Told don't have my book handy please call Wednesday. So I called Wednesday same excuse. Called owner to inform him that this was happening. Then after all that I was informed they are just too damn busy for them to help us for a least 3 months. Apparently a lot of last month's and this month's items are back ordered pushing everything out several months. No warm and fuzzy feeling here.
