I ordered chicken fires and mushrooms today 10-26-25 my fries were burnt very over cooked and taste reheated chicken was cold it’s a shame how we pay for our food because it’s not free and we can’t get our food fresh which all customers should always get there food fresh. Overall forgettable. The crumbled chicken is okay, there are far better options. Crumbed chicken livers were terrible, bot sure wht they were crumbed in the first place. Fries were fresh and crispy. We threw away mos of the chicken and livers as it were simply tasteless.
Just experienced probably my worst Brown's chicken experience I've ever had....I came in today around 12pm and ordered 2 lunch specials and 1lb of gizzards only to get home and regret spending my hard earned money there. The fries were overcooked and the chicken temperature was in between warm and cold. The best part about my meal was the biscuit and gizzards. Daughters new thing, repack chicken in napkins to soak up the grease, OMG, the napkins become completely soaked in brown grease, in just the ride home! Talking a dozen napkins soaked, is still my favorite chicken place.
