We spent $46 in this place and gave the food away to a homeless person because we was going to throw it out. Walk in to this place disgusting and dirty door red flag….broken window red flag, silver wear counter sticky and disgusting red flag. This place is NOT the Browns Chicken people from Chicago know and lov Where's the Pasta? And since when did Brown's offer lemon pepper? Look I don't mind cobranding with an existing brand. It's smart business. But it's confusing people
First time in 15-20 years I decided to try Brown's chicken. I pull up to the drive thru and respond at least 3 times to them saying hello. Then the person switches and they hear me. I ask 3 times for a three-piece chicken and some mostaccioli and some fries just to try. 7 minutes later I pay. 10 mins after that I get food. 20 mins to get home so I'm munching on the fries at the top..I see a cheese stick.
