My family has ordered chicken here multiple times for parties and family gatherings. The Chicken is always phenomenal! But even better are the kids working here. I can’t say enough about how good the kids that work here are! They’re polite, helpful, and provide the best service EVERY SINGLE TIME, in person and on the phone when we call to place order. We won’t go to any other Browns Chicken. They are the BEST! Great job, you guys should be proud of the customer service you provide!
Browns is one of my favorite fried chicken places. Until yesterday. I ordered chicken it tasted like it was fried in old grease and it was very greasy.
Sandy's Customer service was amazing, food was amazing.
