shop around – I was recently a bridesmaid for my best friend's wedding. Her reception was catered by Brown's Catering. After my experience there, I was just dying to see what others had written on the net about them. In my opinion, at least the waiters were pleasant, but the food? YUCK. The chicken marsala was so soupy and way too buttery. I never thought you could put too much butter in it, but I do not like to see my reflection in the oil spills left by the chicken. Brown's Catering!!!! I didnt want that much but they managed to really disapoint me. The linens had huge creases in them. They looked like single colored checker boards. The covers on the chairs were wrinkly and dirty. The chicken was swimming in broth but was still dry. couldnt figure that one out. good thing the roast beef was decent. Overall, this place is not worth the money. If you are willing to spend that much on catering, investing a bit more and going with a better company will be worth it.

Brown's Catering is Amazing! – ‘Brown’s Catering!!!, Thank you for helping make our event a success. Everyone loved the assortment of cheeses, fruits and the ice cream sundae bar. (I must confess I had more than my share of Asian Pot stickers!) Brown’s Catering staff set up in a flash & was a pleasure to deal with. we love brown's catering! – One of the things that was the most important to us when planning our wedding, was saving as much money as possible, while still having a beautiful and elegant wedding. Brown's Catering made that possible for us. The cost was amazing. Don't fall for their scams!!! – They do a bait and switch on customers. They have a great deal 17.95 a plate but forget to mention that they have a 5,500.00 min for Saturdays! I guess that little detail is not worth mentioning when you are trying to get perspective clients.
