I went to Browns to test drive a bmw 135i and went with a friend. Beforehand I placed a £100 resveration to test drive the car and was promised a refund if i didn't like the car or that the money would go towards the car if i liked it..how wrong was i. First viewings of the car were positive, it looked good and had a few scratches but nothing you wouldn't expect. I was told before arriving the car was stock, that was incorrect. I attended Browns Car Company with a friend who had reserved a BMW 135i with a £100 deposit. On arrival we had a look around the car and it was well presented and appeared in good condition. I looked under the bonnet and could see the metal plate next to the rocker cover was suspiciously clean as though it may have been wiped clean to hide and oil leak. Went and looked at a Jaguar E pace on Monday was a lovely car,the salesman Ricky was very helpful and very down to earth (one of us)He said anything I'm not happy about he would get it sorted, found a tiny dent which he said he would get done. When I picked the car up Friday he had also had another dent done which I had missed. Great service! Highly recommended
