I have a skin condition (legally disabled) that I cannot control and I have had this condition for many years now. Out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at. They have never charged me $50 to replace the sheet as a result. I am beyond appalled. I have never ever been criticized or judged for this before. We checked in cordially, we were quiet and respectful for our neighbours, we cleaned our room, made sure we left nothing behind, tipped the cleaner and left the hotel people some liquor behind. If I could give them a zero I would. The staff didn’t help us. Whether it was a mistake or not, I’ve never had worse customer service. The woman was rude. She told us what to search in our email and when it did and it didnt find anything she said our email doesn’t work. I’ve never been treated so poorly.
Brown’s Canyon is a unique experience. They overcome an older build and provide Unrealistic Hospitality! The host is truly wonderful. Great job
