They are more concerned about volume than quality they lack the experience and knowledge to care for certain medical conditions and play a guessing a game with treatment decisions. They failed me and my dog completely bc they just weren’t taking the time to pay attention and do their job.. he died..that is after he suffered all day while they ignored him. things happen I get that but this was treatable… they just failed with quality of care and doing basic tests .. it was neglect 100%.
