I had a wonderful experience at Browns Bride. Thank you to the whole team for helping me to find my dream dress, and to feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. In particular, thank you to the lovely Tatiana who made me and my Mum feel so at ease while finding 'the one', and to Katie for her hard work on my alterations and ensuring I felt my best on the day. I had such a wonderful experience at Browns. This was the third store I visited and was running out of hope in finding my dream dress. Angie my sales associate listened to all of my requirements and found the dress within the space of my hour appointment. She was patient and so helpful. Thank you Browns!
I had very large concerns going into this after being informed that sample sizes only ran up to a uk size 12. I was assured that even tho this was the case that I would be fine as a uk size 14. This was mostly true as only one dress I tried on didn’t fit (couldn’t get the sleeves on all the way. Thank you to the whole browns bride team for making all my wedding dress dreams come true! The sales assistant was so patient and, along with the seamstresses, really helped my vision come to life. The service and attention to detail was outstanding - it’s an honour to be a “Browns Bride”!
