Had to get some body work done under warranty and was pleased with the work they did.
Many thanks to Browns body Shop in Guttenberg, Ia. and also to Forest Brown ,Laura Larson and Tom For repairing the aluminum oxidation rust on the Hood of my 2012 Traverse that GM & Trident would not cover . the problem was caused by faulty manufacturing process at GM. It was done at no charge to Me. Thanks again for Going the extra Mile for me John Hartmann Feb. 17 2020 Guttenberg Ia.
I have worked with the body shop on several occasions and have always had top notch service. They provide me with a courtesy car and always keep me updated on how my vehicle work is progressing. Lauri is a great asset to their team and is super friendly. I did have some issues after my vehicle was returned to me and they fixed it right away and reassured me that everything would be fixed according to their high standards. 5 star service
