Great, friendly and knowledgeable service. John even helped us look over some second hand bikes at no cost.
Best bike shop around. I was quoted for a bike assembly on the front end, which Erik’s was not willing to do. It was a very reasonable $100. Super friendly and he does a great job helping load and unload your bike and letting you know when it’s ready to be picked up.

10/10 experience looking for a new bike at Brown's Bicycles. The owner, John, was so patient, helpful, and knowledgable and I got to test ride several different bikes. I didn't feel pressure to buy a bike right then and I didn't feel brushed off by my lack of bike knowledge like I did at other shops in the area.
