I was in an accident and was worried I'd have to wait at least an hour for a tow truck to be dispatched. However, not only did their team make it in a record timeframe; they also offered and gave me a free ride home, which was at least 30-40 mins away! This is the best automotive location by far! And a personal shout out to Dr. Smiles, who helped so effortlessly. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
I have a 2015 VW Jetta TDI w/ 6 speed manual transmission. I made the mistake of attempting to replace the driver side CV axel and wheel bearing assembly myself and ran into nothing but issues. The final straw was when I stripped out a bolt attaching the wheel bearing assembly to the steering knuckle and damaged the knuckle while attempting to drill the bolt out. I really appreciate everything Browns has done for me. My insurance was trying their best not to pay for something i was paying them to take care of and Browns fought for me. They answered every call and every visit with kindness and not annoyance, as I'm sure I got quite annoying at some point. They made sure I had updates and a way to get around when I really desperately needed it.
