You're reading this review because my experience with Frank Brown Towing was extremely questionable and frustrating They are contracted by the city, so if your vehicle gets towed, you may have little or no choice about where it ends up. In my experience, that creates a situation where you're essentially forced to deal with their shop, and then you're hit with repair recommendations and prices that feel excessive and unreasonable. Shout out to this company for providing outstanding service regarding a recent tow. Insurance stated they are by far the most reasonably priced for services rendered. They were professional and assisted my daughter during a difficult experience.

On June 12th at 3:00 p.m. I called to have my car towed and I was told it would be 60 to 90 minutes which means it should be 4:30 at the latest then at 4:15 I got a text that said they'll be there in 5 minutes they were not there so I called the company Frank Brown Towing and they said they were on the way but they bumped me for another customer who had to do another tow instead of them sending somebody else to me they're making me wait for the toll that was after my call so now I'm told they'll be here at 5:30 so that's 2 a... read more

So never dealt with them directly but i live in riverside kenmore area came home from work with big branch in front of house and my cameras revealed franks towing came threw with someones box truck and took it out plus huge dent on the vehicle they were towing didnt stop nothing owner probably never saw it and now they are stuck with the vehicle more damaged than when franks picked it up... safe to say id never use them
