My daughter all of 100lbs 23years old was left in the heart of buffalo by this towing company with no ride, because of company policy!! What kind of person, let alone a man leaves someone on the side of the road alone, in danger to just figure it out, and takes the car. What if she was in a corn field and it was 10 degrees out. Absolutely appalling, disgusting behavior. If you have any choice dont call these idiots for anything. Absolutely not sorry for leaving this review. Insurance called for a tow, these guys accepted and never showed up, waited a whole hour and a half just for them to not reach out or answer their phone from my provider to see what was going on. They even said they were on site through the link but was nowhere near my car. They then canceled with this tow and had to call another. Do not recommend if you're in a bind! Had my insurance make sure to never use them again!
