Super friendly folks. Great service
The work they did for me was a lot cheaper than the other quotes I received. They had my car for almost a month, not their fault, the wrong part was delivered. However, a few weeks after receiving my car back, during an oil change and topping off fluids, the dealership told me my engine cover was missing. I’ve called Browns 4 times, once actually speaking with Jewel who said she would look around for it and call back. Three calls later, straight to voicemail, left detailed messages, no response.
