Had a water pump failure at 82k miles. They did everything that was needed. The first shop I took it to flat out confessed that the job was too big for them and recommended Brown's auto for the work. Quite a reference when another shop is the referral!

I gotta give it to Browns ! I brought my truck in to them full on expecting to have to spend thousands on a transmission. Instead I was met with honesty and integrity. They told me the truth was I just needed a simple sensor ! Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you guys
They were recommended to me by another repair facility that farms out their work to them because their shop didn't directly do Transmission work. They were very courteous and gave me a fair estimate for the scope of work to be done and offered me a 2yr/24k mile warranty on the completed work. They didn't charge me for the estimate and went above and beyond assisting me.
