I don't write reviews but I completely agree with the previous reviewer and want Brown's to have as many stars as possible. We moved to Reading 3 yrs ago and first went to Brown's upon recommendation. I also wouldn't go anywhere else. At this point I feel I know them so well I just drop my car off in the morning, talk to them during the day, pick up my car on the way home and leave him a check in the drop box. Saw the previous review and had to respond. I've been taking my car to Brown's since I moved to Reading six years ago and based on my dealings with Mr. Brown I must say, I'm very skeptical of the claim that he would rip off ANYONE, much less his 87 year old handicapped next door neighbor. Of course, I'm also skeptical that an 87 year old woman would choose the screen name "cheech", but that's another story.
