Quoted £200-250 for some work to be done, which was a fair quote. Went back a few days later with some parts, as I had sourced my own, asked again if the quoted amount was still about right and was told yes. Went back the following day to collect the car, and the amount due was £100-150 more. I understand that a "quote is a quote" but had i have been told that it might be that amount the day before - when I asked - or even received a courtesy call regarding the extra cost, i wouldn't have continued. 2 stars as the work has b... read more
