I highly recommend Browns Auto Center. In full disclosure we did not get to the repair part of our interaction because the insurance deemed the car totaled so this will be on the experience leading to that. For the first conversation when towing my vehicle to his shop, this was after hours may I add, Mr Brown was professional, kind, and informative. I reached out to Richard regarding a truck I recently purchased that had work done at his shop back in 2009. I was looking for details of the work that was performed. Richard took the time to look back in his records to find what I needed to know. Most shops would not have even bothered to respond to my inquiry, let alone look up the records. I think everyone has been talking for many years about finding good automotive service and an honest mechanic. But very few people have found that. We did at Brown's Auto Center in Roanoke. Richard was professional, courteous, always communicating, and he did the work in a timely and cost-effective manner. From this day forward, we will only use him for our repairs, especially on our BMW. It is so nice to find an honest and dependable mechanic.
