I reached out to Richard regarding a truck I recently purchased that had work done at his shop back in 2009. I was looking for details of the work that was performed. I think everyone has been talking for many years about finding good automotive service and an honest mechanic. But very few people have found that. We did at Brown's Auto Center in Roanoke. Richard was professional, courteous, always communicating, and he did the work in a timely and cost-effective manner. From this day forward, we will only use him for our repairs, especially on our BMW. It is so nice to find an honest and dependable mechanic.
