TCB Delivery company delivered a COD shipment to this Body Shop and Owner talked them into leaving and picking up check the next day. That was done on 8.15.24 and now 3 months later after 10 phone calls, and talking to Scott Brown the owner Brown's Body Shop will not pay TCB $1,702.97 for this Audi Grille that they had ordered. Hard to believe a Body Shop would do this to a small delivery company. BAD BUSINESS !!!
First off, let's start by saying. Insurance paid out over 5k to fix my car. Bumper was damaged, condenser, odd and end plastics behind the bumper cover were all damaged. Only thing replaced was the bumper cover and condenser. Touched up a little paint around the car. Started noticing about a month in, all these noises. Investigated, and found parts still broken behind the bumper cover that weren't ever replaced. HIS SON IS SO SMART
they were very kind and helped me out right away with a very small but important problem, and in about three minutes they had me patched up or I could get back home. Highly recommend this place because they didn’t even charge me for all the help. They seem very very trustworthy.
I had my car in after a deer hit it. They replaced a door and rear panel and fixed the front panel. The repairs we perfect! Everything fit as it was supposed to. You wouldn’t have known that it had been repaired.
