I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. They quoted me $135 for just two wheel studs and one lug nut. Charging that much for such inexpensive parts is unreasonable and feels like overcharging customers. Fair pricing and honesty are important, and unfortunately, I did not experience either here. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
originally came in with a vibration issue in my car, I already knew that the strut was leaking, but they charged me $238 for a diagnostic and told me there was no problem, even though I asked them to check the wheels and it seems like they didn’t even inspect them, the actual problem was found at another service center where they discovered the wrong wheel weights were installed and the wheels were out of balance, they took my money without fixing the real issue and then wanted to charge me another $800 for only 1.5 hours of... read more
