Hello, I would like to share my multiple experiences every time I bring my car for service. I have brought my car for service many times over the years, and not once - did the service technician just simply do what I asked (for example, oil change, rotate tires). Every time, and I mean every time, I receive (and expect) a phone call about 30 minutes after I drop it off, telling me I need all these other major repair jobs usually totaling thousands of dollars.
