This is the second time we have had Browns for a repair to our Samsung dryer. The first when thought was a bearing going out turned out to be coins stuck under the dryer drum. Mr Brown resolved the problem very quickly. This last time was the dryer was not heating, again a call to the business yielded a very quick response and Mr Brown arrived at our house with replacement part on his truck!! I was told by Whirlpool that this company would be out for a warranty service call today and to be home between 8-4. It is now 4 and no one has called me or been to my home. This is horrible customer service and unacceptable! Of course Whirlpool is now closed and I am stuck until Monday. Wasted day and no way to cook!
Wow! I had a simple service call with an appliance under warranty and the repair person called to ask about the issue before driving out and was not nice about it. I called Whirpool back to let them know this company should not be one of their recommended appliance stores after he told me my problem wasn't his issue. I would never purchase or use this business. It's too bad as it looks like a small business and I support small businesses.
