I called Mr. Budget Appliance Service about two washing machines I was having trouble with, one Samsung and one Whirlpool, both off balance. The gentleman who owns the company could’ve easily charged me for a service call or attempted repairs that wouldn’t really fix the issue long-term. Instead, he gave me honest advice: don’t waste money trying to repair them. Mark and Richard were very professional and knowledgeable in repairing our Whirlpool Ice maker which decided it was done making ice. They diagnosed it and presented me with options to consider in moving forward. All said and done, I have ice again. I would highly recommend Mr. Budget Appliance Service.
