My refrigerator failed on Saturday night. I called Mr Budget on Sunday and left a message. He called me within a few minutes. After asking mea few questions, he determined that it wasn’t something he could repair and advised me to call the manufacturer since it was less than 2 ears old. I plan to do that first thing on Monday. Even though he doesn’t work on weekends, he did not charge me for his time even. I am very impressed with Mr. Budget!
Great customer service! Came out next day and fixed my dryer within 30min!
I was very satisfied with Marks work. He troubleshot the refrigerator and worked with the control board and knew from his experience that it was a compressor problem. He gave me the number to LG since it is under warranty and even sorted things with the consumer rep. LG is scheduled and I am forever grateful that I called Mr. Appliance for service.
