Everytime I take my car to Brown's I am assured of one thing. That I will get best and honest repair or service work possible for my vehicles. They are the Best go-to shop in Raleigh. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Despite not much needed for correction, the alignment was done within 45mins of my arrival. Was hoping for a lower price but I’m content with the work they did. Very comforting and old school waiting area and I appreciate all the mechanical tips🙏🏼

If I could give a zero I would. Rude and unhelpful. The vibe is that they are busy and I was just an inconvenience. Surprised by this because of all their 5 star reviews. Now I am wondering if they just didn't hire a marketing company to write them... I walked out.
