AWESOME ! We called and asked for an A.C. "tune up". Mr Brown arrived and did a thorough job, checked coils, everything. He cleaned out a drain pipe that was clogged. Very nice man and speaks to you with respect. His arrival time was within the time we had been given. We had received an approximate price range prior to making the appointment. Being senior citizens on a tight budget his price was surprisingly affordable. We highly recommend BROWN'S A.C. !!
Talk about an honest company! We thought we needed our faucet in the bathroom replaced, which would entail opening up the wall. John came and looked at it and showed us how to work the faucet properly. We also had an issue with the water not draining properly and it was a gasket that was causing the problem. So instead of us getting a bill for 1000+ dollars it was a reasonable charge. Thank you, John.
I can't say enough good things about this company!! My A/C went out on Sunday morning. Gone! I'm freaking out because my wife has COPD. She literally cannot breathe when the air gets above 80 in the house. I made one phone call and Shelly had a tech at my house within an hour! On a Sunday! His name is Jesus. This guy right here is the man! He came out and diagnosed the system in like 20 minutes. My 30 year old system finally went shot. Shelly had the entire plan done by Monday morning!! Permitting, parts ordered and everythi... read more
Jason is a great tech. The problem occurred at night and Brown's was there the very next day. He found an electrical output problem with the capacitor and did a replacement in no time at all. The AC has never felt colder and the service call was very reasonable. NO up-selling either, he just fixed the problem quickly and was very personable and professional. HIGHLY recommended!
I had the annual inspection on my AC unit this week. As usual, the tech was professional and efficient. Jason went above and beyond for me in a crisis I was having with my roof that he noticed when he climbed into my attic. He kept me very calm stating that he saw CLOUDS. I can't say enough about Jason and Brown's AC. Thanks so much.
