Let me start by saying that I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! First of all, if they give you a price range for a repair, you can bet anything that it will be the highest amount of that price range. So there really is no price range, it will always be the highest amount. They quoted me $175-$225 to replace my dishwasher. Of course it was $225. And it was not even installed correctly. Had Jason as our technician for drain cleaning over a weekend emergency call on a Sunday. Jason arrived quickly on Sunday morning was very efficient pleasant and quickly took care of cleaning the drain. At that visit I requested information on scheduling yearly maintenance. Jason was requested for maintenance appointment. I highly recommend Jason of fact when I schedule our next yearly maintenance will request Jason again as my technician
My friend’s AC went out and it’s been over seven days. They keep coming back and saying they gotta order another part. It’s 100° in his house. That’s totally unacceptable. I would never ever use this company and I would not tell my many friends about it either
