WILDLY unprofessional. When threatening me with eviction for making a copy of my key, which they claim is a class H felony, they "served" me a notice by throwing it on the floor of our apartment complex's public area. I was notified because another tenant found it and almost threw it away. Despite having a 7-day deadline, improperly alerting me so I really only had ~5 days, my phone calls and emails went unanswered to this day (which is now two months later).

They NEVER answer their phone and not everyone can sit around and wait for an email reply after a week of sending it. They are more annoying than Gangnam style. It’s as if they want to set you up. I’d NEVER deal with a organization that can’t seem to hire enough staff to answer the phone. I mean that’s the least a place could do. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I’d give zero stars if I could. Hire a secretary or something jeez.

Pompous, unprofessional, unethical. Definitely do NOT recommend as one of these creatures contacted me and was uppity, snarky, and didn't even know the American Bar Association's Code on Conduct. Had to quote it to her. She's right, she's not fancy at all. Ignore these clowns if you came here because they tried to intimidate you via phone or e-mail. Go to Legal Aid in your state if you can't afford an attorney. Legal Aid would have someone to help put these people in check. Don't let them scare you.
