Went there to sell some older gold & diamond jewelry. I could have gotten a lot more money for them on craigslist or a personal sale. They wanted to pay next to nothing. Don't sell you jewelry here.
Visited the store for the first time, on 8-5-2016. Bailey Nichols was the associate that helped us and she was amazing in her knowledge, attitude and overall willingness to help. I will refer Brownlee to anyone I know looking for that special gift, or needing any jewelry repair services. It was refreshing to see that "true" customer service is still out there! Scam artists. Told me my jewelry was worth $100 and horrible quality when it appraised at multiple reputable jewelersfor over $10k.
Add me to the list of those whowill not go to the Huntersville location because of less than best customer service . The sales rep who was attendind to us a did a great job was upstaged by an arrogant , loud mouthed mgr who was rude and continued to raise his voice . Finished with what we started but will not encourage anyone to visit this location .
Absolutely terrible! I will never step inside this store or any brownlee store again. The owner or manager in this store is rude, arrogant and ignorant. I took a piece of jewelry to be repaired and when I questioned the value they put on it for insurance purposes this guy steps in and actually told the assistant that it was worth even less!!!! My fiance and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Brownlee's. The staff was helpful and friendly. We not only got my engagement ring there, but went back to pick out our weddings bands as well. We will no doubt be back there again soon!
The guys at Brownlee Jewelers are great! I recently visited to get a watch battery and found so much more! I found a wonderful Pre-Owned Breitling watch for my husband. This store has great deals and I will be back in the future.
I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and the management could not have been more helpful. Very professional, great customer service, and an excellent ring. I look forward to shopping at Brownlee again soon!
Do not go to Brownlee Jewelers to sell your gold. The store owner refused to help my husband today when he went to sell some of my gold jewelry. He was extremely disrespectful and fortunately there are MANY sites on the internet where we can provide feedback regarding his experience today. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. THE OWNER IS A MEAN MEAN MAN.
