Visited Brownlee Jewelers in Concord to buy a new necklace. I received great help and very good information from Manager Ivan Scott. He gave me enough information (weight, carat, etc.) to decide on the necklace and length I wanted to purchase and also offered me a fair price for a gold necklace I wasn't wearing which I used in the purchase of my new necklace. In the event I return, I'm confident I will receive the same quality of service. It was a good experience.
Kai was great helping me determine if some of my old jewelry was good stuff or junk. Also got a new battery in a watch & may be back to get a new Citizens watch
