I was there today and paid alot for my hair.....My stylist was preoccupied with something going on with another stylist....I don't think she even listened to me half the time. My card was declined but I knew I had money so I asked to use the phone and told her I hate when that happens you get all sweaty and nervous and she said she didn't know that has never happened to her, she didn't even say thank you or by.
