Called to get an estimate to maybe replace pressure tank… got an appt. They showed up over 2 hrs late. No apology. Just hurried in looked at it said it needs replaced and be around 600 bucks . My wife told them we think bout it and get back with them. They call me next couple days and said they be there next day or so to replace it. I told him I was not having it done yet and would get back with them once we could afford to get it done. He got rude and upset on phone with me. Browning Plumbing is wonderful! We had a pipe bust from the extreme cold and they fixed it promptly along with another issue we had. The guys were super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will be using them again! Highly recommend!
Friendly and very informative. Quick to come in and fix our problem. They gave us advise for future issues. And very reasonable price. Timing when they could show fit our schedule. Very knowledgeable on the issues we were having. We will highly recommend and call them again if we encounter any other plumbing issues. Keep your receipts!!! They did work for me over 5 and a half years ago. They recently sent me a bill for over a thousand dollars. Had to go to the bank to find the canceled check to prove I had paid. I believe they should have checked their deposits to see this bill was paid before sending me a past due bill.
