They have no customer service or shows loyalty for long term customers. A friend was having phone issues, to point the calls were dropping. When she was speaking to them, the call was dropped.(Do to a Spectrum issues.) When she called back to apologize and finish the conversation. She was told not ever call again and her business was not welcome. Even though she has stated and told other they do excellent work and are very good at what they do. We had a leak in a copper pipe inside a wall. Called Browning Plumbing after another company told us we actually had a roof leak, and wanted to cut our kitchen cieling. We all ready had our drywall cut and opened. We knew where the leak was from the pipe. Browning came out, found the exact spot, fixed it for us and a drip under our sink! Called to get an estimate to maybe replace pressure tank… got an appt. They showed up over 2 hrs late. No apology. Just hurried in looked at it said it needs replaced and be around 600 bucks . My wife told them we think bout it and get back with them. They call me next couple days and said they be there next day or so to replace it. I told him I was not having it done yet and would get back with them once we could afford to get it done. He got rude and upset on phone with me. Browning Plumbing is wonderful! We had a pipe bust from the extreme cold and they fixed it promptly along with another issue we had. The guys were super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will be using them again! Highly recommend!
