Everyone was so polite and kind. I got a appointment quick and the service men were knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Both we're kind and did a great job!! I highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help !!
Had a lot of run around with this company. Said city had to shut water off. Had trouble with toilet and valves. On Wednesday said city would come between 1 and 3:30 to shut water off no one came. Called next day girl said she had trouble getting hold of city. Gee lies there. So Called and canceled girl got smart told us not to call again. We called Korect they came shut water off outside fixed everything 1st day.
They have no customer service or shows loyalty for long term customers. A friend was having phone issues, to point the calls were dropping. When she was speaking to them, the call was dropped.(Do to a Spectrum issues.) When she called back to apologize and finish the conversation. She was told not ever call again and her business was not welcome. Even though she has stated and told other they do excellent work and are very good at what they do. We had a leak in a copper pipe inside a wall. Called Browning Plumbing after another company told us we actually had a roof leak, and wanted to cut our kitchen cieling. We all ready had our drywall cut and opened. We knew where the leak was from the pipe. Browning came out, found the exact spot, fixed it for us and a drip under our sink!
