We had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Browning and his staff. They made the experience for my son so calming. They are so caring and attentive they put my mind at ease knowing my son was in good hands. Love the office vibe!! We truly made the right decision! We absolutely love the staff at Dr Brownings! My son and I are patients and today my daughter joined the club! Walking in to the office truly feels like walking in and seeing friends, from Lori’s smiling face greeting us to Cyndie’s asking about our dogs, she remembered their names and shares our love of doxies, to Heather and Melissa making sure we always have all the info we need and all the wax and rubber bands to make our ortho journey easier! Dr. Browning and his team are truly exceptional—friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Everyone there seems to remember who I am, which makes every visit feel personal and special. As an adult with braces, I’m grateful for how comfortable and confident they make the entire experience. They’re patient, upbeat, and always take the time to make sure I’m taken care of. I honestly couldn’t imagine going through this with anyone else.
Everyone in the office is very welcoming and super friendly. Heather and Dr. Browning were both extremely informative. Heather answered every question we had and made myself and my daughter feel at ease. Wonderful atmosphere and team!
We had a great experience with this orthodontist! It was our first visit for an evaluation. The office is very kid-friendly, and the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and upbeat. The orthodontist is both knowledgeable and kind, taking time to explain everything clearly and make my child feel comfortable. It’s clear they truly have the child’s best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
