Michelle Dillard with Browning was prompt, efficient and very helpful. She helped us save time and money with our move. We had a minor problem and she took care of it right away. The packers and unpackers were excellent. I highly recommend this company!
We moved to Florida from overseas. Browning Moving and Storage did an excellent job delivering our household goods. The team, led by Jorge Soto, was punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free move.
***Update: After posting the review, I received a phone call from the company’s insurance rep. They reviewed our damage claim and the issue was fairly resolved in a timely manner from that point in time. A huge thank you to Que, AJ and Elijah! They did an outstanding job delivering our belongings to a third-floor apartment. They worked incredibly fast while handling everything with great care and completed the entire job the same day. They were professional, friendly and had such a positive attitude throughout the process. They made our move so much less stressful. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and highly recommend this team. Thank you again for the excellent service!
Que and Elijah were down to earth, professional and all around good people to be around. Asked questions to ensure everything was where it needed to be and were prompt with setting up furniture as well. Truly made this military move so much easier due to them!
