I went to Browning Mazda to check my engine light, and even though they couldn’t find the exact issue, I still had a great experience. Zee was super friendly and really helpful the whole time. When the mechanic couldn’t figure it out, she offered several options to move forward. I really appreciated her understanding, professionalism, and knowledge. Highly recommend this location and Zee!
Extremely rude and disrespectful, the service section people DO NOT KNOW WHAT customer service is. I took a car that was leased and then purchased to the service FOR THE 4th time with the same battery issue, this time because the battery wasn’t covered by the warranty, I purchased a brand new battery and still the test comes out as “Bad Alternator”, took the car in and they told me: “the battery is bad”, the battery that I bought 30 hours ago, is bad.
