On January 11th, 2023, my husband went to pick up his telehandler he had serviced at Brownies Tire Service to have foam tires changed to regular tires. When he arrived to pick up, it was not drivable, and the basket was crushed. After some back and forth with the employee and my husband trying to move it (it was then that the employee stated "ohh...thats how you do that.")
