I can’t respond directly to my friend’s review (Moe) or the company’s reply, but he shared his experience and they claimed he was never a customer. That’s baffling to me, considering I was the one who recommended the company to him, and I personally dropped off the Hellcat. I even had to move the car on their lot because the technician couldn’t drive a manual. Their response accusing him of slander is completely inappropriate. Worst place to take your car to. They have no experience at all. I ended up losing so much money just to replace a clutch had take it 3 times , and waiting 3 months to finish my car. After all the car wasn’t shifting normally, had call the cops to get it out. Especially the manger Dan very rude and can’t do nothing right. Don’t recommend at all.
Brownies could not have been more accommodating. From my first call to them through pick up, the communication was timely and thorough. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping me. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything and did their best to work with an extremely difficult warranty company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or maintenance.
