RecommendedHad what I thought was a transmission problem. They drove the car determined it was something else. Recommend another shop to fix it. Wouldn’t take any money for their time diagnosing my problem. Could have easily taken advantage of the situation. They are great guys very honest. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you have a problem and you go here you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again guys.
Charge 2000 to fix a transmission and told them if it was going to be expensive it wasnt worth fixing no paperwork of price to tell us whats wrong now they want 500 since they want more to fix the car than its even worth. make sure you know definitely what you're going to be paying and doing messing with these people especially if you're a woman

RecommendedIt's New Year's Day and I called not knowing that they were closed, however, Jeff, answered all my questions about my truck which which is going to save me time and money. Winning!!!!!!! Will post to Google reviews when I figure out how to do it for the Miamisburg location.

RecommendedDoug and his team battled a software issue for awhile. Brownies picked up the tab for the additional rental car costs incurred while the issue was tracked down 5 Stars!
RecommendedCustomer service that goes above and beyond. Jeff Lowry manages this location with excellence. He and Tony and the rest of the crew really know their way around a transmission. Fair and honest pricing. Excellent quality work. And the customer is treated like gold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
