Don’t waste your time with these guys. They had my truck for over 5 months total between 3 of their locations. End result was $4k for 7k miles. These guys are a joke.
I am BEYOND livid. In April 2021 we took our 1996 Mustang in for a new transmission. We were pleased with the work and service there, and oddly enough, my wife's car needed a new transfer case so we switched out the Mustang after it was compelted and dropped off my wife's Cadillac. All seemed well until November 2022 when we were driving home in the Cadillac when a BOOM was heard and all of a sudden, no steering and only the sound of a whirring almost feeling of an eminent explosion would occur. Was told the warranty would only be honored at Brownies of service After work was done Because I saw it on the bill after the fact .Beware ! This sucks because of toe bill to get truck back to Beavercreek . Not informed !! prior to work being done . Bill did not tell what was wrong to justify over 5000.00 bill . Beware !!! Was only told about 12000 mile one year warranty . Beware !!! Not happy . Gave three stars in fairness because workmanship will be determined with time . Earl Williams Around 7/15/21
RecommendedHad what I thought was a transmission problem. They drove the car determined it was something else. Recommend another shop to fix it. Wouldn’t take any money for their time diagnosing my problem. Could have easily taken advantage of the situation. They are great guys very honest. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you have a problem and you go here you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again guys.

It's New Year's Day and I called not knowing that they were closed, however, Jeff, answered all my questions about my truck which which is going to save me time and money. Winning!!!!!!! Will post to Google reviews when I figure out how to do it for the Miamisburg location.

Customer service that goes above and beyond. Jeff Lowry manages this location with excellence. He and Tony and the rest of the crew really know their way around a transmission. Fair and honest pricing. Excellent quality work. And the customer is treated like gold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
