I called multiple times, and no one answered the phone. Once answered, they were unpleasant. Apparently, with all the positive reviews, their customer service has gone out the window. Based on how they treated me, I would not want to leave my furbabies with them.
We brought our miniature dachshund and our dachshund Chihuahua mix here for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and most importantly projected a knowledgeable and caring demeanor that enabled my wife and I to feel confident and a provide a peace of mind that our furry family members were in good hands. The facility was very impressive in the way it was set up and was very clean.
