On passing through Katherine, we had an oil change done on our Touareg here & they reused the sump plug instead of replacing it & by not replacing it the oil leaked from the sump plug. We had to pay for another oil change by someone else to have the sump plug replaced.
What an awesome mechanic! Was travelling and had another mechanic do another job and then mentioned that both my master and slave clutch cylinders need to be replaced. He didn’t have time to do it then (and luckily for me) so I booked ahead with brownie mechanics to do it. Straight from the first contact they where great. Tried to diagnose issue over the phone and thought it was strange that both parts need to be replaced at the same time.
