I would leave 0 stars if possible. We took a pretty pricey sentimental piece to Browne's to be repaired. We were told the repair would take about a week. Contact with Browne's was significantly lacking; I called weekly for a status update. Mr. Browne admitted he broke the piece more when attempting the repair so it had to be taken to a specialist in Philly. Then, he used the I-95 disaster as the reason for the delay; however, I-95 was repaired for weeks and still, no piece. Then, I was told when I called again by staff that ... read more
