I would leave 0 stars if possible. We took a pretty pricey sentimental piece to Browne's to be repaired. We were told the repair would take about a week. Contact with Browne's was significantly lacking; I called weekly for a status update. Mr. Browne admitted he broke the piece more when attempting the repair so it had to be taken to a specialist in Philly.
