I had to bring my 9 year old into the ER and unfortunately Dr Browner was on that day. Sadly, he had no bedside manner with my daughter who was so scared. To make things worse, the ER was relatively empty and yet we still waited over an hour and a half before he came in. He barely spent 3 minutes with us and then we didn't see him for another 2 hours.
